Early Bird Booth Registration Rates on or before August 12
Premium Booth - $650 (Package Valued at $875)
- One premium 10' x 10' booth space located in high traffic areas of the exhibit hall.
- There are a limited number of premium booths available, first available go to sponsors and premium booth registrants.
- 5 Sneak Peek Mixer admission tickets ($125 Value), 10 Business Expo Admission Tickets ($50 Value)
Standard Booth - $450 (Package Valued at $675)
- One standard 10' x 10' booth space, piped and draped with space dividers segmenting each booth, one booth exhibitor sign, one skirted and covered six foot table, two chairs, and one trash receptacle.
- Booths may be combined to form a larger exhibit space.
- 5 Sneak Peek Mixer admission tickets ($125 Value), 10 Business Expo Admission Tickets ($50 Value)
Non-Profit Organization Booth* - $400
- Standard Booth Package at a discounted rate for qualifying non-profit organizations.
- *Non-Profit Organizations must submit proof of non-profit status with their registration or Standard Booth Rate will apply.
Payment must be received on or before Friday, August 12 to receive early bird rates.

Important Booth Information
If your sponsor/booth package does not include electricity, it is your responsibility to settle your A/V needs with Swank Audio Visuals, contracted provider for Embassy Suites Audio/Visuals. Please contact them at 512-392-6450 prior to August 19.
Chamber staff will coordinate A/V needs for sponsors that have electricity and internet included in their sponsor package.
Booth Setup: Wednesday, August 31 from 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. All booths must be completely setup by 3:00 p.m.
Booth Take-down: Thursday, September 1, at 5:00 p.m. For safety purposes, load out may not begin until 5:00 p.m.

Booth Packages
Premium This trade show/mixer combination event is in its 26th year and is one of the San Marcos Area Chamber of Commerce's best attended events. It is the premier networking event in San Marcos for 2011 and provides a great opportunity to reach key business contacts. Attendance is expected to exceed 1,500 and we are planning for over 125 booths and exhibits representing a wide cross section of Chamber member businesses in the region. Visit the Taste of San Marcos food booths at the Wednesday Sneak Peek Mixer by enjoying food and beverage samples from area restaurants and caterers as you visit with over 100 exhibitors and network with over 1,500 attendees. Admission tickets to the Sneak Peek Mixer will be provided to all Chamber members. Then on Thursday morning, join us for breakfast to honor San Marcos' Shining Stars Under 40 years of age. Take time after the breakfast and all day Thursday to visit the show and learn what this year's exhibitor businesses have to offer!

PARKING
Free parking for all Business Expo attendees and exhibitors. Exhibitors are asked to park on the northern end of the Conference Center parking lot after load-in.

2011 EXPO BOOTH CONTEST
Judging will be based on visual appeal, effective marketing message and staff knowledge. Awards will be presented in three categories:
- Best of Show – to be awarded to the booth that creatively and effectively delivers its business message to attendees of the show
- Best Interactive – to be awarded to the booth that does the best job of creatively engaging the audience
- Most Congenial – to be awarded to the booth with the most pleasant and courteous staff
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
Petitioning or distribution of political materials is prohibited. Flyers, giveaways, etc. are permitted only within your booth space.
Any exhibitor planning to bring any unusual or large items will need to contact Robert Watts via email at robertw@sanmarcostexas.com or call 512-393-5906 on or before 5:00 p.m. Friday, August 12, 2011 as this may affect your booth placement and load-in time. |
