This one-hour training seminar will provide a description of the various types of financing available to small business owners.
We will discuss the various financing needs of businesses and sources of loans and other financing available from banks, credit unions, commercial financing companies, SBA-approved lenders, micro-lenders, community lenders. Accounts receivable financing, and asset-based lending will also be discussed.

Rachel Snell is Marketing Coordinator for the Statewide HUB Program, in the Office of the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts.
She utilizes her public relations and marketing background to increase awareness of the HUB Program through effective networking. She has conducted many workshops about the state procurement process, including five two-day conferences in various locations throughout the state from January through June 2009. Through her networking, Ms. Snell has made contact with potential HUB participants who might otherwise not have had access to information about the benefits of the HUB program.
